1962 C.A. Bambrick Gets Third Award
C. A. Bambrick (left, foreground), OIC of the Strathburn monitoring station, was presented with $30 for his third successful suggestion - a standard monitoring transcription form (News on the DOT, Nov.-Dec. 1961). The presentation took place at the graduation ceremony of the first monitoring course given at the air services school at Ottawa airport, a course on which Mr. Bambrick was an instructor.
Shaking the suggestor's hand is A. P. Stark, enforcement group head in radio regulations, while Art. A. Johnston, superintendent of the school (right) looks on. Students in background are unidentified.
