When I was in YQM, the fellow in the Moncton DOC office I use to deal with was Dale Snowdon another ex TC fellow. Because of my strong background in EMC/EMI I dealt with the Regional DOC most of the time, and our own TC fellows for Spectrum Management who knew a lot but were always reluctant to tackle a real problem, so I had to bypass them (with their okay) once they didn't want to respond to the problems.
In the
late 90's I was working with NATS/UK-CAA and Siemens on a passive radar
measurement system for aircraft and in the end I had to put a CDMA link in the
Gander ACC to transfer data from the central site (one of five) the Brits
installed for us and that was the last time I or one of Clint MacNeil 11 March
2012
