Was an Instructor for Radio
Operators during World War II.

If you want to add Stan Smith to your list of
ROs, he started a small radio repair shop in the 30's in Outlook,
Saskatchewan.
Later he moved to Prince Albert and worked at
the Electric Shop where he repaired both radio and TV until retirement in
the mid 80's.
He taught radio operators during the war and was
an active Ham, VE5AW for many years. After letting his call sign lapse, he
was later granted VE5SS. Passed away in 1998.
