Before I worked for DOC I spent two years working for Northern Telecom (Northen Electric in Montreal), five years in the Radio Regs Division of DOT under Bill Wilson Bill Caton and F.G. Gordon) Nixon between 1959 and 1964.

Avant de travailler pour le Ministère des Communications, j'ai travaillé pour Northern Telecom (Northern Electric à Montréal). Ensuite j'ai travaillé dans la Division de la règlementation sur la radio au Ministère des Transports sous Bill Wilson, Bill Caton et F.G. Gordon Nixon entre 1959 et 1964.
J'ai pris 2 ans de congé pour compléter mon BaSc et MSc en ingéniérie avant de transférer au Ministère des Communications sous Roy Bushfield.
