Joined the Depart of Transport as a Radio Operator in 1959. Worked as a Radio Operator in the Northwest Territories including Inuvik. Was in the Engineering Section of the DOC Winnipeg Regional Office in the 1970s. Appointed District Manager of the Yellowknife DOC Office in 1980.
